Book Release date!
Shadows of Magic Book Two, Beneath Fallen Idols, will release December 20th 2024!
I’m so excited to launch my second book this year. I will also be launching an online bookshop on my website. Signed copies of my paperback books will be available for purchase within Australia from December 1st. Ebook and PDF downloads will be available for everyone. And to celebrate the release of Beneath Fallen Idols, the ebook and PDF of Through Dark Eyes will be FREE!

Book Two Delay…
I’m so sad to announce a delay for the release of Book Two, Beneath Fallen Idols. The past few months have thrown a lot at me and I wasn’t able to get everything done. I’m sorry!
I really wanted to release it on the 1st of November 2024, but that is definitely not happening. I will do my best to release it before the end of the year, hopefully just before Christmas, but if not, it will certainly be released in 2025.

Book Two and Giveaways
I’m so excited for the upcoming release of my second book, Beneath Fallen Idols!
I will be hosting some giveaways! I’ve wanted to do this for a long time and it’s finally set to happen. I want to run two giveaways of my first book, Through Dark Eyes (plus bookish goodies) before the release of Beneath Fallen Idols. One will be a local giveaway and the other an international giveaway via instagram and facebook.

Shadows of Magic Book 2, Beneath Fallen Idols
We have a title!!! I’m so excited to say that book 2 is with beta-readers and I have started editing based on their feedback! The book will release in 2024, though I’m not sure when in 2024 . . . I’m hoping to send Beneath Fallen Idols for the first round of professional editing in February 2024. I’ve been getting amazing feedback from my beta’s which has been so uplifting and helpful. I can’t thank them enough.

Hard at work!
Hey! I wanted to give an update on book two in the Shadows of Magic series. I’ve been working to get it ready for the beta reading phase. It still has a bit to go before its ready for release, but I’m really enjoying the writing process. I’m so excited to share book two! It’s been such a delight to write.

Release day!!!
Holy crumpets! It’s release day! That is so exciting. I can’t believe this day has finally arrived. It has been a crazy learning experience to self-publish my first book. I have had so much help throughout this process. I couldn’t have done this without the help and encouragement from all the wonderful people in my life. Thank you all so, so much.
It’s amazing to think that my book is out there in the world for anyone to pick up and read. That thought is equally exhilarating as it is nightmare inducing, haha. I’m so keen for people to read it :)
The ebook is available right now! The paperback is on it’s way. It should be available within the next few days. I’m so excited!

ARCS are out and pre-orders are open!
The pre-orders are open and I’m so excited to have it all set up.
When it comes to ARCs, I’m equally thrilled and terrified. The idea that my book is available to people who haven’t interacted with me on some level, is so cool. Thinking about someone seeing my book and deciding to give it a go, is really amazing. I hope everyone loves it. I want people to be happy to read it.
On the other side of things, I know that it’s impossible for what I write to be everyone’s cup of tea. I can only hope that I’ve given the right impression of what to expect. I knew it would be hard to figure out marketing and how to represent my book, but it still managed to be harder than I thought it would be :P

We have a release date!
Through Dark Eyes will launch on December 27, 2022.
I’m so excited to finally share the release date for my debut novel! I can’t believe this is actually happening. I’m so happy with the cover, it is everything I hoped it would be.
I also have the first in a series of character mood boards posted in the gallery. The first mood board represents out protagonist, Jeremy.

I like to draw. My characters have been with me for a long time, and I have been doodling them for just as long. At the moment the gallery has some stock images from the Squarespace library that capture vibes from Through Dark Eyes. As things progress I will put my own work in there, so stay tuned for that!
